Kirk Bell, the owner of this company was paid a total of $4,000 to do a complete roof tearoff, but as of this date, he has yet to complete the job. He will not return any of my calls, or respond to any of my text messages. I need something to be done as I have the checks that he cashed, as he stated he would come back and finish the job, but to this date, he has yet to respond.
