I fell for this scam unfortunately, despite phoning & emailing this company kept taking money from my account. At the weekend I watched Martin Lewis on TV he was talking about companys like this. The payment from your bank is called a reccuring payment and to get it stopped call your bank and they will stop it for you. You have to tell them that you want a reccuring payment stopped. I did this today and the bank were most helpful Not only have they stopped the payments going out they are going to get my money refunded.
