Promised $1000 holding deposit for Laybetting software would be fully refundable if I decided to not proceed with purchase. No paperwork was provided at time of deposit and no agreement made either verbally or in writing. When refund requested it was initially agreed then today was notified that I would not be getting my money back as they had started processing my account. Absolutely no agreement or authourisation was signed by me.
