I enrolled with SCBN to get assistance with my
prescription costs due to my having throat cancer. There was an initial enrollment of $100. I completed forms three times to start
receiving my prescriptions. Then dues were deducted from my account on 2/11 for $50 and again on 3/11 for $50. I have never received
anything from this company and I have notified them to cancel my membership and refund my money
immediately. I told Candace (the individual) I have been communicating with that no medicine has been sent and I wanted a refund - she refused stating it was a membership fee and not refundable. She guaranteed me the prescriptions would be sent to us. My husband is ill and I don't appreciate being lied to. This company needs to be shut down immediately to avoid scamming anyone else.
