I took my vehicle into have the oil changed and that was the last time my hood was popped. Two weeks later, I went to pop the hood to fill my washer fluid and noticed that the hood latch was broken and a wire was hanging down. I went back into Jiffy Lube and the manager, Al Casanova, was rude and patronizing. He told me that they didn't break it and that he was not going to repair it. He said it was "normal wear and tear" for the latch to be hanging there and the wire to magically stretch out on its own. He walked away from me while I was trying to talk to him and pretty much the biggest douchbag I've come across in a long time. DON'T GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED THERE! Once I got on the phone with my father, his story changed and he said they could repair it but still would not take responsibility for the damage.
