I was shapping on a well known web site and was asked to take a survey and I would get a free gift. Took the survey was asked to pay 9.99 for shipping. Since this was charged the 9.99 on 2-9-13 then on 2-25-13 Iwas charged 98.00 then on 3-25-13 I was charged another 49.00 I did not authorize the 98.00charge or the 49.00 charge.
