Spent hours getting eye exams and ordering glasses only to find out they never submitted my order. When I went to pick up my eye glasses the office staff was beyond rude and insisted I was being impatient that the order was in transit. I contacted the insurance company and was told no order was ever placed. When I asked for a refund the staff told me it was against policy! I left with no glasses and no refund so I am a woman on a mission to take this company and their poor business practices down!!! They would not give me a number to their corporate office to complain and there is no listing anywhere to contact someone if a problem occurs... What is that all about? Aren't your eyes too important to trust to people who are unethical and unprofessional?
