Saw an advert on the internet for liposlim and natural cleanse - loose your tummy. Opted for 21 days trial at £2.97 for liposlim & £2.95 for the Natural Cleanse. At no time was I told or informed that if I did not cancel in 21 days that I would be charged 79.99. Rang the UK support team today to find out why I was being charged this money from my credit card. I was told that I hadn't cancelled in 21 days therefore had to pay for the full subscription. I informed the customer service person that I had not subscribed to the company. She told me that I still had to pay the amount and then had to cheek to try and sell me more tablets at a reduced price of 50%. I informed her that the tablets had made me ill and that she was to cancel all membership. She still refused to refund the money. I have recieved my cancellation notification for both liposlim and natural cleanse. I have sent them an email stating that if anymore money is taken from my credit card then I will be complaining to the Financial Ombudsman. However I am very (Inappropriate Content Removed) off that 60 tablets cost me 79.99.
