They say that:
Tickets may not be resold for any amount above face value.
If the ticket is found to be offered for resale above face value we may invalidate the barcode and refund the ticket price.
Yet Stubhub is doing the same exact thing. So now if any customers buy those tickets, they won't be allowed in and refunded only the ticket price of 45.00, and not the double/triple what they paid from Stubhub.
