I contated this company to do a dove release for my wedding, I paid money up front, even though only half was do, do to not wanting to deal with oweing any one on my special day, I talk to Ms. Collen Chuipek in september serveal of times, and and sign contract and had given her all information she needed including address to the church, in December i contated her her and never could get a answer back from her by calling her serveral of times and leaving her messages, i even had my bride made to call her and ack as if she was a new bride still no respond. Then it was my big day and she never showed up never inform me in no kind of way, i was embaress and very disappointed, It was a wedding gift for my husband, I continue to contact her and have someone else contat her while i was on my honey moon, when i got back in January still no respond, I then sent a letter to her still no respond. I than contated BBB, they closed the case do to they had tried 3times to get a respond from her and nothing, Than i contacted contact 6 they gave her 24hours to respond and she did, she claim she never heard form me and she didnt no my colors of wedding, and she left me message saying she needed those things, Which this is not true, I drove out to her company, to see if i could talk to someone, do to i would never get a respod when i call and when someone would answer they would hang up and ack like they coudnt hear me, I left her a note in her mail box just asking her to please contact me and to please send me my money back, with my name and address, I still didnt get a respond, I later decided to text her when i look her number up to see if it was a land line, and found out it was a cell phone. Which was March 19th she finally text me back on March 22nd saying that she to not leave nothing else in her mail box, and that i couldnt get my money back because i failed to give her all information she needed, and she tried to call me before my wedding date and she gave me 24 hours to respond and i didnt. Thats no true and then she said i never told her the colors of my wedding thats not true, but she admits that she receive the color swatches i mailed to her. I just want her to give me my money back, this has been a night mare and i just dont no what else i can do at this point so i am asking for help.
