I purchased a vacation package from southwest airlines in January and had been looking forward to this trip for two months. On March 26 the wife, daughter, and myself flew from Sacramento to Las Vegas. After arriving in Vegas at the airport we went to baggage claim to pick up luggage. My luggage was routed properly and came with me to Vegas, however my daughter and wife luggage did not. We book several events prior to comimg and was unable to attend because of their mistakes. After talking to them about these events and telling them we could not attend because we had no clothes. They told us that they can only give us fifty dollars if we needed to purchase cloths. Now come on K-Mart could not clothe my wife and daughter that cheap. So tuesday night I loss $510 because we could not attend The David Copperfield show because of no clothes. After calling all day because they told us they were searching and when they find they will call us. After calling them numerous times they finally said they had located our luggage and it was sent to Little Rock, Arkansas. Then they told us it will get to Vegas around 11am that night. Well if it got to Vegas I am sitting here now at 3am still no luggage. Up all night and an excursion set for 6am to the Grand Canyon that cost $267 can not be done because of their mistake. I would like to be compensated for all the monies I spent on this nightmarish vacation
