I ordered a free trial sample and pay only the $4.95 s&h. I asked to make made sure that this was not an offer with automated renewal and was assured not. My Credit card statement showed 3 charges. I called to be credited back on this card and was told that they cannot credit back these charges because I had signed up for automated shipping. I was also told they had an IP address that shows I saw the terms that included automated shipping if not called in to cancel the automated orders within 14 days but I ordered over the phone and when I ordered I told the representative several times that I did not want to take advantage of the free sample if automated shipping was part of the terms.
I did receive an automated package. When I called the supervisor said I could not return the item to be credited on my card. I am writing to BBB Nevada and Utah (addresses in both places), Governor of Utah (no Secretary of State in Utah)
