We went to a presentation on 3/13 on how we could save thousands of dollars on Hotels, cruises and Vacation packages. We were told their prices would be 20% to 60% less than anywhere else due to volume and wholesale buying. It sounded great and we ended up buying in for $3995 plus $399 doc. Fee.
When I returned to my hotel I began to check things out, and found that they had gone by another name previously and lost a law suit in Georgia and had to refund alot of peoples money. They were also in trouble in Wasington state because things they promised were not true and offices were disapearing over night. They gave me a brochure with an address on it of 1985 Rivera Drive in Mt Pleasent SC. A goggle search reveals no match. If you go to 1985 Riveria ROAD in Mt. Pleasent SC you will find an empty lot. So the next morning I went back to 229 Meeting St. And told them what I new and asked for my money back. Of course they sweet talked me some more, told me the brochure was an old one and every thing was fine. Of course they put in the contract that I could not use my right to rescission, so I wasn't getting any money back. They even had a clase in the contract that reads "Do yo understand all representations, either oral or written, that are not contained in the original written contract document will not be upheld by vacation inspirations." So this tells me that anything they told us in the presentation is just bullshit and they lied or exaggerated everything in the presentation.
I realize that I was told wonderful things and they filled my mind with wonderful thoughts, and led me right down the path and I forked over $4394.
I can't belive I fell for all this and there is no to blame but myself.
I think this is a scam, I think about 10% of what we told may be true, but they are ripping people off, and they should be stopped.
