Ordered 2 dvds 6 weeks ago - 2/8. Site says if on backorder, may take up to 6 weeks to receive. Now 6 weeks, not even shipped. Over a dozen inquiries to seller - only one answered (although claims to always answer emails!) This reply was almost 3 weeks ago to say would ship soon. Repeated inquiries @ how soon were all ignored. I don't want a refund, want what I ordered!
