I ordered four DVD's in March the order was acknowledged by Scooter, my credit card was charged, but the DVD's were never shipped and I received but one reply to multiple emails requesting fulfillment or refund. David Miller, the owner, told me he is "just one old guy trying to catch up on orders", and that was back in May. It is now August, and still no DVD's or refund. His service is very unreliable, according to the many reviews I have read online.
