Persuaded by their rep -Jacqui Wild - to pay them £149.00 to let them claim for a reduction in Council Tax. No response from them since and have sent reminder letters to the Bury address and one in Princess Street, Manchester. Both have been returned by the post office as addresses not in existence. No indication of a phone number or e=mail contact to assist in getting a refund back from them for what seems to be a cheating business according to various simnilar complaints on line.
