Told i was in the wrong tax band and promised i would get money back but they needed 149.00 to process it. I foolishly believed them. Been speaking to them on numerous occasions but kept giving different excuses. Tried to phone today1. November. 2012 and phone numbers or emails dont exist. Very annoyed.
