Tony Collins took a processing fee of £149.99 with a promise that if unsuccessful we would get £100 back they would keep the balance for costs. This was to claim back what they said was over payment of community charge as our property should have been in lower banding. Told valuation office were delaying processing and in September of this year 2012 we re-submitted claim, at their request. Now all numbers have changed.
