I ordered a free trial of face cream - advertised on TV as a 'free' trial. I haven't even received the cream and they have debited $294 from my account. Despite not having the opportunity to try it for 'free' and having the option to return it, they advised that the payments were to be $48/month if I chose to keep it. Rang them today and they said they will reverse the funds. I thought this was just a one off mistake, however reading this site it seems to be common practice.
