I just got charged 116.93 from Optima Ecigs!!! I had "special" and NEVER read or willingly or knowingly agreed to any other charges, ESPECIALLY not $116.93!!! I am on hold at this very moment trying to get thru to their customer service but to no avail. This sucks! Never again!
