I have NEVER had an issue with my credit card being rejected... Nor have I EVER been asked to furnish the "Bank Name" when I complete the credit card information in an on-line sale. However, when I tried to place an order at tomsoutletshoesale.com, the screen kept returning "Your bank has denied this charge."
I wrote to tomsoutletshoesale.com and have received no reply. I called my VISA company, and there are no issues there.
I decided to Google tomsoutletshoesale.com and I think my VISA (Capital One rocks) denied it because this site may be scamming people. I am not confident that if I my order had been successful, I would have ever received the shoes.
Buyer beware. I can't say they are a scam... But I certainly can't say they're not... And multiple complaints placed on-line in the past few days indicates to me that there is, indeed, a problem.
