I, too discovered mysterious charges to my checking account. On the 13th & 18th, charges of $39.95 &. 32 for international exchange fees, with no explanation; just the SUPPORTSDLTD.com address. My bank told me to contact the website to find out what I had ordered. I found the site & a phone #: 877-912-7797. They said they are a 'billing support' co. For 2000 other companies. But, when they told me the charges were for some kind of 'make money at home' publication, that - get this - had closed some time ago but reopened! - & I said NO WAY. I didn't know anything about it nor want anything to do with it, the rep tried to sell it to me! Then I was told THIS co. Couldn't refund the money; they'd have to check with the original co. To see if they would agree to refund. I was on hold for literally 2 seconds while the rep 'checked'. Then he came back with "oh, no problems, you will be refunded". This supporsdltd is a total scam. I have no idea how they got my checking information, but everyone needs to be aware of this & keep a close eye on your account!
