My parents got an email, which they thought was from my aunt, however, as it turns out was spam that led them to pursue what they thought was a genuine business opportunity with WHD-Members.com. I am in the process of trying to get their money back, but the site has all kinds of crazy disclaimers, like stating that one has to try out their product for two weeks before filing a claim. I am going to try to contact Visa to see if they can help since this is how they paid. More than the money, the sheer disappointment and embarrassment that my parents are now feeling is heartbreaking.
