This is Denise Baber and I am Deaf. Last March 1st, I did mail my laptop to David George that he installed software as I want to work online with him. To earn $1300 every weekly. I was surprised that I won $50,000 and demanded me to follow his instruction that I had to pay for their fees over $3,000. He said my final payment of International Money Transfer fee for $2500. However, I disagree with him about IMF and he refuse to send my laptop back till I pay off with his fees. Sighs!
He is also Deaf and maybe from NC.
Please help me if he is expert deaf scam con. Thank you!
