I started to sign for free trial on the site and it didn't give the information you needed to get it for free after you put your information and they immediatly put two pre authoizations against my account so i called immediatly to cancel and was told the pre authorizations would drop off without charging my account but then the charges went through for a double bill anyway and I have been trying since to get my money back and after four calls to customer sevice they are telling me to call back after the 26th if i don't get my money back. As far as i can tell they are unnessesarilly holding up my refunds if i even get them.$19.99 Twice $39.98
