Ripoff-billed my grandma 3 times when they said that it was free dirty SOB's ripped off and scammed Nationwide

I have been using AOL for years and I have never had a problem up until this year.in January they said that my AOL was free until March 24. I called to cancel on March 20 but apparently it didn't go through until the 27th so they charged me $25 for it.

I then called back and they apologized and offered me free access to my account until June. I agreed and a month later, my grandma and grandpa received a charge for my AOL on their phone bill. Of course they were upset so I called back to cancel and they argued with me on the phone for over an hour about how I'm wrong and that I wasn't billed for that account.

They then realized that they were wrong and said that yes I was billed for that account but it was because I waited three days after my free trial was over to cancel. Which is crap because I had called on the 20th and they billed me on the 26th. Which is two days after my free trial was over.

Then they were giving me this crap about how they can reimburse me and that it might take such amount of days and so on and so on and so on. I told him that I didn't want to hear it. I just want to cancel. I've already paid the bill, it's done and over with, and I just want to cancel it for the 50th time! He said that he was just trying to help and I told him that if he wanted to help he would have cancelled it like I asked him when he first answered the phone.
