American home movers is a solid company. I have heard all the terrible tales about using moving companies and how they hold stuff hostage. I wouldn't have had used a mover if it hadn't been a necessity. But due to the amount of stuff I have, I had no choice. It wasn't something I could do on my own. I talked to several companies and get a lot of quotes, some lower some higher but I researched each one and decided to use American home movers because it was easy to see that they had a pretty good reputation. Even though I was still very nervous, all my things arrived on time and in great condition. I am so happy that it's over, but I would recommend this company to anyone. They took most of the stress out of moving and saved me from trying to do it myself!
