I have been using the service every week. Two weeks ago the maids opened the door and let my dog out of the property. One of the neighbor found my dog injured. It looks like my dog had an accident. I took him to the vet and found his tail broken. I contacted the office but they never called me back. I told them I have two dogs in the house when they came to the house for the estimate. They have it on file. I paid $493.20 to the vet for x-ray, medication and the office visit. No calls from Merry Maids so far.
