We have an 800 series Bosch oven, purchased 28 Jan 13. The touch pad on/off does not work. Contacted Alabama power, they sent a repairman to verify the part required. Part was ordered, after waiting 3 weeks on the of the scheduled install, got a call... Part was bad. Part reordered, repairman returns today... Part bad again. Now I guess we are in a holding pattern for another 3 weeks to part order and scheduled appointment. Is there anyone in management that is following quality control? Very disappointed!
