I have been charged on my credit card by this company for 4 years for a service I do not know about, I have tried to get in touch with them and find it impossible. I cannot even find their email address, have never had any contact with them. I do no know who they are.
I will have to close my credit card and change my bank to stop this happening. The bank insist that I have to cancel the payment with Dri Defenseca to stop the payment being withdrawn.
Today after much argument with the bank they gave me a phone number (which the bank had) 1800 287 595. As it is the weekend I will have to wait until Monday 18th March to ring. Their hours I believe are 6am to 3pm.
I will also get in touch with the communications ombudsman.
