I bought a device. The device came defective out of box. After a very slow contact with custom service that took a long time and tried many times deny responsibility to support they finally sent to me return label to replace the defective units. Worth to say that they recognize that was a defective batch. I try use the labels but those are valid only in the country and I was outside. Ok, a wait return and when I return I received the information that I was no longer able to do the replacement because the period to return was expired, and that is it. We are sorry that sold to us a defective gadget but it is ok we can't do anything.
The usual procedure of companies that respect the customer is take initiative to solve the problens that they theirselve created. Unfortunatelly for me, iRobot tried every time use recuses.
I hope that my personal example could be used at least to make decision in future customer that need choice between iRobot an Neato Robotics. Today my great regret is not have choosed Neato.
