Horrible customer service

I've never been handled thus badly and that I still do not have a functional Roomba. I received my Roomba with no battery. After talking to client "no-support", I had been informed I'd be delivered a battery inside a week. I paid-for fast shipping and required a credit for that fast delivery cost and overnight cargo of the player. After resting on-hold for five minutes, I eventually got the credit, but was declined overnight shipping of the battery. After I was used in a "boss" who declined to provide her title, I had been informed really rudely that I'd obtain the battery within 2 times and that is all she'd do.

Not 2 minutes later I obtained a contact saying that I really couldnot get the battery since there have been low accessible. "Thanks!" Cheers??? Are you kidding me? After being handed around from broker to broker who did not realize why there is an issue (Media Display Brokers - Roomba fails with no battery!) I finally spoke having an equally rude Boss who ultimately offered his title "Josh ID # 79013). Today they claim they will deliver a brand new Roomba and that I need to return the aged one and stay in the home and delay about the advantages man in the future pick it-up OR push to some UPS area and decrease it down.

Really?! Really?! IRobot may be the worst organization I've actually handled. I've never been voiced to thus rudely by customer support in my own life.

Don't by from irobot! They're terrible to work with! Buyer beware!!!
