Due to unethical vendors with various stall tactics... I have been seeking 2 refunds from dealathons.com for almost 6 months. Tried the usual avenues (ie: phone calls, left messages, emailed from their website) without one reply. I was advised I should file a complaint with the Ontario Better Business Bureau. Since doing so I have finally received a reply but course they are claiming they emailed me 'email money transfers' as their form of refund. To-date I have NOT received such an email but yet I rec'd their email asking if I rec'd it. Pretty funny. Will keep everyone updated.
