As with others I ordered the Xbox live Gold Membership with promise of instant email with code once credit card payment approved. Received 2 email about creating account and the order number and informatioin Didn't get email with code so I emailed, canceled order and did the ticket thing with 3 responses.By 2nd day after purchase they managed to take the step to get the transaction posed to my credit card company. I called credit card company and issued as dispute and was told I shouldn't have to pay. I hope thats true - so sad someone could do this since it was for my 10 year son. The site was good enough to get ok by my Norton's security.
