This company let me work without a contract from before letting me start my work one of their client, after 45 days i deciced to quit the job after i spoke to my employer that i have to go & look for another job its because im not happy anymore with the caregiver the sent to my employer as my partner coz most of the work its goes on me the reason why is the cannot tacecare of the patient good its because the are not quqlified or the can't left or work with the patient alone. Most I'm working straight in 2 weeks without rest coz there is no one can do this job, i did it to cover all the liability from that company that the can't provide a good services for theier client. My complain is they the didn't give my 14 days salary coz theier reason is i dont have contract with them but twice already i got my salary the previous months, the owner told me that if i dont sign the contract they dont give me my money but i did not sign it coz its too late to sign, they should let me do it before the hired me&start my work from them. I give them 2 weeks notice before i quit but the hold my money that i work hard for it. I just need my 14 days salary from that company.
