I just want to complain that not all CVS staff is rude. Some of the staff do love what they do and care about the costumer. They try to work as hard as they can to get the scripts ready for every costumer. I dont think its fair to judge all employees the same just because some of the employees dont care and dont love what they do. These careless employees are bringing the good employees down not only in reputation but salary wise. I have it known from a great sorce that CVS does not evaluate their employees individually for their own individual work but get evaluated as a whole and it sucks for those employees who do assist the costumer in the proper way that they should. Its like they say, everyone pays for one idiot's mistake. Good employess dont get any raises in salary. They need their job and with jobs so scarce they cant afford to quit. I stongly agree that if they want to evaluate as a whole then corporate, pharmacist and managers should be included as well to receive no pay increase since bad costumer service also reflects on them.
