Rip-off took unauthorized monies from my account

I was contracted by Utalk Unlimited and American Values for review of their products. I agreed to a $1.95 processing charge for each account. Several days later they took $139.90 and $119.90 respectively. These charges were unauthorized. I was promised that I would not be charged above the $1.95 unless I decided to purchase their products / services. I've never received any products from them. I have been promised reimbursement checks since January 16. Today is April 7th. I am told by customer service that my account has been expedited and to "be patient."

I am on a fixed income. They stole money I need to live. My bills are behind because of this. Help me, please.
