I ordered one of these cameras you can wear on your head for my nephew, directly from the maker, Go Pro. It was to be a Christmas gift. Well before Christmas I learned someone else bought him the same thing, so I contacted GoPro to return this. They gave me an address in Riverside County to send the item, which I did. When no refund appeared I called again. They denied I ever contacted them and said the return was unauthorized. They refuse to give me any refund, but they still have the GoPro!
Even if they are right that I sent this back without an RMA number (I recall otherwise, but I don't have the RMA number any more), they must know they have a GoPro in their facility with my return address on it.
