I tried to buy my car at lease end. I gave them a cashiers check and paid for overnight to them and overnight title return. They sent USPS snail mail. But didnt tell me for days, then days and days of "it's coming"... Call after call... Even trying to get supervisors... With tele operators refusing... Then a new supervisor says they will do a replacement title taking up to 4 weeks... I reply that you can pay for a speed title. Stil they disagree with me... So I lead them through the BMV website (Yes I had to lead a multi national corporation through a web site) It still took 3 days before they filed for it. Finally 23 days after my Original information was received by them I received a title.
The kicker... It was a bad as the same process that happened to me two years ago when buying out the first of two leased vehicles through VW!!!
I dont want anymore useless supervisors... Dont respond unless you're a VP!!!
