I received two bottles of Bellaplex after orderring a free sample. I also had to pay $17.22 for taxes as it was sent from the US to Canada. I called the company and was told that it would cost $130 if I wanted to return the products, but I can purchase the two bottles for $139.95.
I explained to them that it was supposed to be a sample and "risk free" and I did not ask for two bottles, but the customer service agent just laughted at me saying that it was my misunderstanding.
I'm not sure what to do now.
It looks like that I'm not the only one judging from the postings on the internet. I wished I would have checked about the company first.
