I made an appointment to have my skin analyzed 08/28, at 2:00 pm at the BioDerm Skin Care & Laser Center located at 2601 Preston Road, Suite 1060 in Frisco, Texas, 75034. Their phone number was 877-513-6464. I had my consultation with Sheena who promise to have my skin flawless, free of spots, blackheads, even toned and she was going to take pictures to show the different. This included 5 micropeels and 5 skin toning laser treatments. Each week they would alternate (a micropeel one week then a laser treatment the next). Although, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee in the amount of $25.00 if I didn't cancel the treatment session at least 24 hours if I had a change in plans, each time I had an appointment there was a problem, either I had to change my time which I would only get an hour's notice or Sheena would be unavailable to do the treatment. As she had promise she would be the one to do the treatments and she knew I was not comfortable with just anybody, I had never done this and my skin was already in good shape. I am not comfortable with laser because I know in the wrong hands, you could have a disaster. On my 3rd or 4th appointment, an hour before I was suppose to come in for my treatment, I get a call from the receptionist, telling me they are moving and this location will be shut down. They told me I would have to make an appointment with the other locations. I told them the other locations are so far. I have called for the manager on 01/16,01/31,02/21, left message for a manager to return my call, I have never gotten a call back. On 02/26, I called and finally spoke to Lori, I told her my story, she said she would see what she could do and get back with me. I called for Lori 03/07 and told she was not there. Here is it March 11, and I have not heard from her. No pictures have ever been taken, I still have the same spots, blackheads that I had when I first went in. I can not reach a manager and I am still waiting for them to refund my money. I have been calling the Garland location since the Frisco location shut down. The phone number to the Garland location is 877-513-6464. I feel like they should refund my money with interest.
