A few days before the 7/3 i opened a real account with jackpot grand casino, for a week i was playing for fun. I had deposited $21.00 with my mastercard, they gave me bonus money of $84.00 total $105.00 I played all day & still had a bal of $100.00 i went to live chat spoke to whitney, at first she said i can't get a refund something about playing out the bal before claiming refunds, i asked her many times to explain but she kept giving me the run around, next thing she told me i had to send in proof that i am the owner of the mastercard. I didnt know how to do what she wass asking me to do through email so my reply was this is to hard i will play out the $100.00 then close my account. So i did just that because i was so angry, that they would gladly take my money but not payout, anyrate i got down to my last $3.00 & won $162.00 my balance is $214.00— 7/3 my carer helped send to another live chat person ashley, we sent him the proof & details & still got the runaround. And all through the games they bring up a little box asking for the 2nd deposit, i spent more time getting rid of thier notice logo. Anyway i will need to play soon as i have read other complaints that they close the account, for many reasons
