So I sign up, deposit some money (roughly 25-30$ a deposit), and finally playthrough $4500, then withdrawal $1000. Problem is the money reached my account. Then, I contact customer Service who then forwards my info to the financial dept. They (Inappropriate Content Removed) ask me to send in my bank statement which I did, to prove that I did not receive anything. Then Jim O'Connell from Financial dept. Tries to ask dumb questions that can try an put the blame on my end, which is ridiculous because I entered all of my correct bank info and was approved before these winnings took place. It's been almost 3 months now and I still get no sign of emails or contact from Jackpot Grand at all. They are a bunch of (Inappropriate Content Removed) who won't even accept phone calls. Why have a financial Dept. That no-one can call? Exactly, to scam people of their money. I'm here to just say (Inappropriate Content Removed) Jackpot Grand Casino for even existing and people please do not make the same mistake that I have. To be able to gamble a little here and there should be fun. And when you win, you should get what you won, fair & square. These guys are absolute Crooks. That is all.
