I called Auravie Skincare company to inform "Ashley" the representative that I spoke with to cancel my order effective today. She was so unprofessional and rude. I mentioned to her that according to what I read online the advertised products were very misleading. You pay $4.99 shipping & handling charges, they send you the order, if you're satisfied with the order within 10 days or whatever time period they allow, then they charge your card $38.00 whatever etc. She continued to talk over me to ask me why I hadn't read the entire contents of the advertisement. She would not SHUT UP continued to talk over me. I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor and she just kept talking over me like an unprofessional maniac. I asked her to please listen to what I had to say but she continued to talk over me, then she hung up on our conversation. What kind of sales reps do that to customers. I told her that it was all very misleading due to all the products you have to offer. It's my fault for not reading "the complete" instructions. I just wanted to inform you about Ashley's attitude, which I told her she had. She said what attitude, blah, blah, blah. She's an insulting rude, unprofessional person that shouldn't be working with customers. I will return your "$4.99" misleading products unopened on Monday. So I pay you approximately $15.00 for nothing and its a lose lose situation for me. Thanks for nothing, good for you, you got paid and I was the fool. Barbara Otero
