I called three times and each time waited an average of 10-20 minutes before someone picked up the call. The first two calls got hung up on after they failed to explain the reasons for the charge of $94 other than that I did not called to let them know that my order had not arrived within their delivery time frame and did not cancel before the 8th day starting from the day of the order 02/06. The third call was answered by Matt the "supervisor" who stated that they have a written policy in the terms and condition and when read the terms and condition to the supervisor he declined and said that we don't have a written policy.
That being said, he was going to email me the RMA detail but have not received anything.
