Items ordered 2/13 at 8am
- Promptly charged my credit card on 2/14
- website says processing can take up to 10 days
- I contacted support 3/1 (15 days) order still in processing
- Asked them to cancel, told not possible already being packaged
- inquired again on 3/5 (20 days) order still in processing status, no response
