As many others have discovered, I ordered a free sample of idrotherapy cream and Essence of Argon oil at £5.99 each to cover p&P.

I then discovered that I hade been charged £183.79 for these products even though I hadn't ordered them - just sent for the free samples.

When is 'free' not free? When you are dealing with this fraudulent company.
