I signed up for a bundle package with AT&T and without being told we were too far from the service tower and there were different prices for different speeds to receive the internet have been charged every month. The amount above is not necessarily enough to cover my losses because I've had to have a service tech out about every two weeks for the last 8 months. I've had to stay home and wait for someone and they tell me it will be $149.00 and that is in addition to my regular service fee. I've had a technician here about 16 or more times over the last 8 months. Also, they charge me for my TV service and every month they try to add new programs for which we did not agree.in my opinion this is switch and bait at best and fraud for trying to charge me $149.00 to fix their technical problem on my internet.
