I receive a call from a collection agency and I was threatened by Mr. Kevin Feathers of his aggressiveness in forcing me to give him my credit card number to pay a overdue collection payment of $1,211.52 due to HSBC Bank
We discussed on the phone for a settlement of $848.06 which I had requested from him a written document for this settlement amount.
He faxed the written settlement amount of $848.06 at 1:44 P.M. Today 3/5 and he faxed the same document again the same day at 4:41 P.M.
I plan to make the payments on a $50.00 monthly increment installment due to my inability to pay the full amount because I am only receiving social security disability payments from social security and also a disabled senior.
