Warning!!! I went onto a compare your gold prices website through google, and one of the top 3 was cash-your-gold.co.uk. On their website they were currently paying £12.49 per gram which was £2 better than the best offer locally. I requested a prepaid special delivery bag via the compare site which arrived a few days later. I posted some of my gold which when I weighed it, it worked out at £195. I got an email saying it had arrived and after it was tested I would get a valuation. The next day I got an apologetic email saying they would normally telephone but they were so busy and my evaluation was £105. I replied telling them it was an insult and I would not be accepting. I had no reply and after a couple of days I emailed requesting the return of my goods. I have telephoned them which goes to answer phone. I have left daily messages and emailed everyday for 7 days now without a reply. I'm not sure what to do next. I have looked up the address and it is also the address of The British Gold Refinery. I telephoned them as it was a different number but it went to answer phone and the recorded message sounded the same. I think I have been scammed!!! Be warned
